01 :
Delhi

Upon Arrival welcome and assist at the International
Airport and transfer to respective Hotel for overnight.
Day 02 :
Delhi
Full day sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi which
includes Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, India
Gate, Lotus temple, Akshardham Temple, Chandani
Chowk, Presidential House etc. Overnight relax at hotel.
Day 03 :
Delhi - Jaipur 260 kms
Morning excursion to Amber Fort, the ancient capital of
the state until 1728 and see the Sheesh Mahal or the
Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and
the temple of Kali. Ascend, on elephant back, the hill
on which the fort is situated. Afternoon city sight
seeing tour. Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan was given a
colour of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting
Prince. Ever since, it has retained the colour. Built by
Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is
260 years old. Visit the Maharaja's City Palace of
winds. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 :
Jaipur - Ranthambhore 185 kms
Morning visit Amer Fort. Afternoon drive to Ranthambhore.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 :
Ranthambhore
Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve, at the junction of the
Aravalis and the Vindhyas, is a unique example of
natural and historical richness, standing out
conspicuously in the vast, arid and denuded tract of
eastern Rajasthan, barely 14 kilometers from Sawai
Madhopur. Get in tune with nature for a luxury holiday
in the heart of the jungle. Ranthambhore - perhaps the
best place in the world to sight a tiger in the wild.
The Ranthambhore National Park has had more Tiger
sightings than any other National Park in the country.
It has come to be known as "The land of the Tiger",
where most of the documented footage of this majestic
beast has been recorded.
It spreads over a highly undulating topography varying
from gentle to steep slopes; from flat topped hills of
the Vindhyas to the conical hillocks and sharp ridges of
the Aravalis, from wide and flat valleys to narrow rocky
gorges. An important geological feature the 'Great
Boundary Fault' where the Vindhya plateaus meet the
Aravali hill ranges, meanders through the Reserve. The
National Park is bound by the rivers Chambal in the
south and Banas in the north.
Proceed for the afternoon SAFARI to spot tigers.
Overnight at Ranthambhore.
Day 06 :
Ranthambhore - Bharatpur 225 kms
Drive to Bharatpur. On arrival, checkin at hotel.
Proceed for world famous "Keoladeo National Park". It is
one of the finest bird sanctuary of the world with over
400 species of water world including Siberian Cranes
from Arctic which are rare. rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 07 :
Bharatpur - Sikri - Agra 60 kms
Morning drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri en-route.
On arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing
tour.
Day 08 :
Agra - Varanasi
Flight to Varanasi, transfer to the hotel. Transfer by
bus to the `ghats` for a boat ride on the holy river
Ganges at sunrise. Return to hotel for breakfast, etc.
and then leave for visit to Sarnath. Return to hotel for
lunch. Evening free for independent activitiies, etc.
Day 09 :
Varanasi - Kathmandu
Morning boat trip on the river Ganges. Flight to
Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 10 :
Kathmandu

Fully day sightseeing tour of Patan, Bhadgaon,
Pashupatinath & Bodhnath.
Day 11 :
Kathmandu-Chitwan 165 kms
Drive to Chitwan, check in at the resort. Afternoon
elephant safari in the jungle.
Day 12 :
Chitwan
Full day jungle safari by elephant, canoeing jungle walk
to view wildlife.
Day 13 :
Chitwan - Kathmandu 165 kms
Drive to Kathmandu, check in at the hotel.
Day 14 :
Kathmandu - Delhi
Flight to Delhi, transfer to the hotel.
Day 15 :
Delhi - Corbett 280 kms
Drive to Corbett National Park. Check-in at the resort.
Day 16 :
Corbett
Corbett is regarded as one of the true bird parks of the
world. Out of the 2,060 species and subspecies of birds
recorded in the Indian subcontinent, over 600
species/subspecies of birds have been recorded from
Corbett at one time or another. This number is greater
than the total number of bird species found in Europe
and represents around one fourth of the available
diversity found in India. Out of the 69 species of
raptors found in India, 49 can be seen in Corbett making
it a striking element of the local avifauna. The
reserve, which covers 520 sq. kms. is not less than a
paradise for bird-watchers. European bird-watchers are
some of the keenest visitors to the reserve during
winters when the bird diversity is at its peak.
Day 17 :
Corbett - Delhi 280 kms
Drive to Delhi airport for onward flight. |
